Vinolo is a smart wine-processing device designed to gently reduce alcohol content while preserving the wine’s original flavor profile. Conceived as a premium tabletop object, it combines advanced technology with a refined, minimal aesthetic suited for modern wineries and tasting environments.
Vinolo is designed for both home use and restaurant bar settings, with a welcoming form that comfortably holds wine glasses as well as a full-bodied carafe

We explored multiple physical interaction concepts to keep the design minimal and intuitive. The final solution uses a dial to control alcohol percentage and a roller to select bottle type
